Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the uninstalled item in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our facility using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
